Additional Services
AFTER REGULAR HOURS CLEANING
We understand that with busy schedule and active lifestyle not everybody is available during normal business hours to have their cleaners to come. We also understand how frustrating it is to have a stranger in your house for the first time when you are not there.
Most of all, we do encourage you to be in your house for the first time to ensure that cleaning is done to your satisfaction. All of the above helps us build reputation as trustworthy and honest.
In 2009 we expanded our service hours to reach out to those of you who cannot be home 8AM-5PM. Now we have staff available to clean your homes after regular business hours:
Monday-Friday 5PM-10PM
Saturday 3PM-9PM
Sunday 8AM-5PM
Those hours are available to limited areas only and limited availability (please call to confirm if we provide this service in your area). Hourly charge will apply.
Minimum $75.00
Night shifts available for commercial cleaning only.

POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING
We know how important it is to meet deadlines (open-house showings, escrow-closings, etc.) That is why we’ve built the reputation of the cleaning company you can call at the last minute to clean a house. We take the responsibility for making the house presentable to sell, or making it turn-key ready for the new owner to move in. We truly make it sparkle!

MOVE IN/ MOVE OUT CLEANING
Whether you are moving in or moving out-we move fast!
Moving is a hassle on it’s own. Since we work closely with one of the rental and Real Estate agency we know exactly how turn key apartment for new tenants should be.
When you sell your property the buyer will always want to do a walk through and will not accept and close on the property that is not cleaned. This is where our hardworking cleaning team comes to help!
For move out cleaning: keep in mind that we always provide deep cleaning.
The better apartment is prepared for cleaning-the fast our cleaning team will complete the project, the less expensive it will be for you. Here some tips for you:
- Pick up all the garbage from the floor and take it out. If possible- sweep the floor
- Empty all cabinets: both kitchen and bathrooms. Picking up the garbage alone will take a lot of additional time that you will have to pay for. And if there are some things that should not be thrown away they might end up in the garbage by accident. Nobody is going to sort it out
- Make sure that sinks and bathtubs are not clogged. Clogged sinks and tubs will take longer to clean, and sometimes make it impossible to clean to perfection
- If you have a self cleaning oven: run it the night before. Cleaning and scrubbing greasy oven will take 1-2 hours alone. Plus chemicals are not recommended to be used on self cleaning ovens
- Start getting ready early: start taking old food from freezers and fridge and through it out about a week before moving. A day or two before moving you can empty the fridge and clean it yourself.
It will save us time on cleaning and money out of your pocket.
