We try our best to cover all these areas. However, some homes require more attention in some areas. Please communicate your priorities so we may focus our time correctly. Our minimum 3 HRS with our supplies included. First time cleaning is charged on hourly basis $20.00/HR per person

All living areas:

• Dusting with a duster
• -picture frames
• Lamp shades
• All furniture
• Woodwork
• Shelves
• Windowsills and ledges cleaned
• Cobwebs removed
• Ceiling fans dusted
• Fabric furniture vacuumed including underneath the cushions
• Hardwood floors, tile floors mopped (under the furniture where accessible Furniture heavier than 20LB will not be moved)
• Carpeted floors and area rugs vacuumed (under the furniture where accessible. Furniture heavier than 20LB will not be moved)
• All glass surfaces cleaned
• All doors and all light switches cleaned in all rooms
• Baseboards wiped down (always on a first visit, after: as needed)
• Trash emptied from all the rooms
• All areas are straightened up and left tidy

Bedrooms:

• All areas dusted
• Windowsills cleaned
• Cobwebs removed
• Ceiling fans dusted with a long duster.
• Hardwood floors mopped (under the furniture where accessible Furniture heavier than 20LB will not be moved)
• Carpeting and area rugs vacuumed (under the furniture where accessible Furniture heavier than 20LB will not be moved)
• All glass surfaces cleaned
• Baseboards wiped down (always on a first visit, after: as needed)

Bathrooms:

• Tubs, showers, sinks, toilets scrubbed, sanitized and rinsed
• All fixtures are polished and left shining
• Vanity tops, windowsills, all shelves wiped (all items removed and replaced)
• All glass surfaces cleaned
• Floors and tile walls washed
• Baseboards wiped down

Kitchen:

• All countertops, backsplashes cleaned
• All sinks scrubbed and sanitized
• All cabinets cleaned outside
• Range top and refrigerator cleaned outside*
• Microwave cleaned inside and outside
• Baseboards wiped down (always on a first visit, after: as needed)
• Windowsills wiped down
• Floors vacuumed and mopped
• Dishwasher loaded and run. Unloaded before we leave.

(If we can’t find the place for something-it will be placed on a kitchen countertop)

Hallways:

• All picture frames, woodwork, shelves, light switches and doors dusted and wiped down
• Baseboards wiped down (always on a first visit, after: as needed)
• Hardwood floors and tile floors swept and mopped
• Carpeting and area rugs  vacuumed

EXTRA SERVICES:

On our regular visits the following services are not included in flat rate:

• -Cleaning inside of the oven
• -Cleaning inside of the refrigerator
• -Cleaning inside of the cabinets
• -Doing the laundry
• -Handwash dishes
• -Washing the windows inside and or outside

All these services can be provided for additional charge upon client’s request

Not pre-sorted laundry additional fee $10.00 per each occurrence

• Cleaning and sanitizing inside the cabinets: all items will be removed, wiped and placed back

• Windows……………washing the windows inside and outside

(per 2 pane window that can be washed from inside of the house)……7.50

Seasonal detailed cleaning and organizing....  $20.00-$22.50 per HR per person.
Same day service and Sunday.........................$20.00 per HR per person. Minimum: $60.00 (3 HRS)

Move in/ Move out cleaning…………………$22.50 per HR per person. Minimum charges apply
