Basic - Light quick cleaning of exterior surfaces. Use of one application of cleaners, no scrubbing. Light quick dusting with minimal movement of items, mostly with duster. Suggested: maintenance routine and recurrent visits (weekly / bi-weekly / frequent on-call visits), Pre-showing, between regular cleanings. Ideal for: less picky client. You clean your place regularly and need someone to help once in a while with basic cleaning at minimum out of pocket expense.
Premium - detailed full cleaning of all exterior surfaces. Repeat application of cleaners if needed. Use of abrasives and brush where needed. Details dusting: Most reachable surfaces (horizontal and vertical) hand wiped, items picked up for dusting. Suggested: First time cleaning, pre-sale cleaning for occupied properties, once in a while in addition to basic claning, regular or recurrent cleaning. Ideal for: If you concider yourself a "clean freak," for picky clients or simply somebody who needs thorough cleaning and sees the value.
Deep - Deep clean all surfaces thoroughly and disinfect. use of abrasives and scrubbing where necessary. maximum effort to remove all mold, mildew and build up with use of strong special chemicals. use of two to three applications of chemicals to remove build up if needed.
Dusting: hand wipe all surfaces that can be reached from 2 step ladder or floor, scrub as needed. Suggested: First clean of occupied properties, pre-sale, occasional deep seasonal ceaning, after remodelling. Ideal for: if you neglected cleaning for some reason and need to get your home back in shape. If you are moving in and moving out. If you had remodelling or some repqirs done in your house or once or twice a year for deep seasonal cleaning. Can be used as a first time cleaning, as additional cleaning after remodelling, or as seasonal deep cleaning.
Our staff cannot lift or move anything heavier than 30lb and we assume to take out no more than 2 bags of trash on every regular visit. Please do not overload the trash.
We reserve the right not to take all the trash out if it is too heavy or too much.
