We try our best to cover all these areas. However, some homes require more attention in some areas. Please communicate your priorities so we may focus our time correctly. Our minimum is 3 HRS with our supplies included. Deep cleaning is charged on hourly basis $22.50/HR (per person)

All living areas:

• Wipe the dust with Supercloth TM or microfiber cloth from all surfaces:
• Picture frames
• Lamp shades
• All furniture
• Woodwork
• Shelves
• All knick-knacks
• Windowsills and ledges cleaned
• Windows opened and cleaned between the frames
• Cobwebs removed in the corners with the microfiber duster
• Ceiling fans  hand washed (if can be reached from a 3-step ladder)
• Fabric furniture vacuumed including underneath the cushions
• Hardwood floors, tile floors vacuumed and mopped. Furniture moved and cleaned behind and under the furniture*
• Carpeted floors vacuumed. Furniture will be moved  and cleaned behind and under the furniture *
• All glass surfaces cleaned with specialty cleaners.
• All doors wiped from both sides and all light switches cleaned in all rooms
• Baseboards vacuumed and washed
• Trash emptied from all the rooms
• All areas are straightened up and left tidy

Area rugs: vacuumed. Floors under the rugs vacuumed and mopped.

Bedrooms:

• All areas cleaned from dust with Supercloth TM or Microfiber cloth
• Windowsills and ledges cleaned
• Windows opened and cleaned between the frames
• Cobwebs removed in the corners with the microfiber duster
• Ceiling fans  hand washed (if can be reached from a 3-step ladder)
• Hardwood floors, tile floors vacuumed and mopped. Furniture moved and cleaned behind and under the furniture*
• Carpeted floors vacuumed. Furniture will be moved  and cleaned behind and under the furniture *
• All glass surfaces cleaned with specialty cleaners.
• All doors wiped from both sides and all light switches cleaned in all rooms
• Baseboards vacuumed and washed

Bathrooms:

• Tubs, showers, sinks, toilets scrubbed, sanitized and rinsed
• All plumbing fixtures are polished and left shining
• Vanity tops, windowsills, all shelves wiped (all items removed and replaced)
• All glass surfaces cleaned
• Floors and tile walls washed
• Baseboards washed
• Mold and mildew scrubbed and cleaned with specialty cleaner
• Hard water stains removed from glass shower doors and plumbing fixtures

Kitchen:

• All countertops, backsplashes cleaned: everything removed, cleaned and placed back
• All sinks scrubbed and sanitized
• All cabinets cleaned outside (inside upon request)
• Microwave cleaned inside and outside
• Baseboards vacuumed and washed
• Floors vacuumed and handwashed or mopped
• Windowsills and ledges cleaned.
• Windows opened and cleaned between the frames
• Ceiling fans  hand washed (if can be reached from a 3-step ladder)
• Dishwasher loaded and run. Unloaded before we leave. Or dishes handwashed

(If we can’t find the place for something-it will be placed on a kitchen countertop)

Hallways:

• All picture frames, woodwork, shelves, light switches and doors cleaned from dust with Supercloth TM or Microfiber cloth
• Baseboards  vacuumed and washed
• Hardwood floors and tile floors vacuumed and mopped
• Carpeting vacuumed

* We can move light pieces of furniture ONLY (no heavier than 30LB). If you have heavy furniture and would like us to clean behind it, please have it moved for us before cleaning and we will gladly clean the area behind those pieces of furniture.

EXTRA SERVICES OFFERED TOWARDS DEEP CLEANING PACKAGE:

• Cleaning inside of the oven
• Cleaning inside of the refrigerator
• Cleaning inside of the cabinets
• Doing the laundry
• Handwash dishes
• Washing the windows inside and or outside**
• Handwashing the blinds

**Due to our insurance restrictions, we can wash outside of the windows ONLY if they can be opened and reach from inside of the house standing on the floor. We are not a window cleaning company and we do climb on ladders or clean windows from outside of the building.
