2. Post Construction Cleaning
$22.50/ HR per person.
Please call for in-person estimate. This is the best way to give you the most accurate estimate. Post Construction cleaning varies from site to site, depending on the level of remodeling done and the clean up done by constructions workers after the finished the job.
This is an extensive job that requires a lot of time. Please schedule your appointment with a prompt notice. It is almost impossible to “fit you in” on a short notice.
Our estimate per SF are: $0.20 per SF not including cleaning the windows.

FULL/ PART TIME HOUSEKEEPER
We offer experienced housekeeping staff for full and part time positions, come-in-go or live-in basis.
If you are looking to get a full time housekeeping help (40 hours a week), please call to discuss the details. We will help you to find a qualified person that meets your expectations and requirements. Our fee for finding a qualified person is an amount equal to the one week of offered salary for your housekeeper. The salary for the housekeeping position depends on several factors, and you are the one who determines it.
Live-in positions are usually paid a little less, than come-and-go positions, considering that you will be covering room and board to your housekeeper.
