REGULAR MAID:

Weekly, Bi-weekly, monthly or daily housekeeping.
We use our Basic Package guidelines for your routine maintenance cleaning.
You can customize your cleaning by adding other services to our Basic Package. We’ll be happy to adjust our cleaning routine to match to your preferences.

FULL OR PART TIME HOUSEKEEPERS

We provide highly experienced staff for housekeeping on a full time basis.
Usual tasks for a full time housekeeper include, but no limited to: cleaning and organizing on a daily basis, doing laundry, watering flowers, ironing. Perfect for big busy families, or busy professionals or elderly people. Compensation varies based on the working hours, tasks required, whether it is a live-in or live-out position.

We are also happy to provide housekeeping staff on a part time basis, or simply to substitute your regular housekeeper while she or he is on vacation. Please check the rates in the RATES section.

MOVE IN/ MOVE OUT

Moving is a hassle on its own. What can be more stressful than having your apartment to be cleaned when the truck is loaded and you need to do unpacking in your new place?

The landlord has just reminded you why he needed the security deposit, and the money is tight. Don’t you think it’s nice to get it back?

SEASONAL CLEANING CHECK LIST:

We work our hardest to maintain all the areas in your home, especially kitchen and bathroom, free of mold and mildew and hard water deposits. But still, once in awhile your home just needs a good “makeover” provided with detailed scrubbing. This is an extensive job that requires additional time. You can check the items that you want us to do when ordering a “SEASONAL DEEP CLEANING”:

• Bathroom: scrub all tile and grout with special chemicals to remove mold and hard water stains. Clean glass shower doors from hard water stains.
• Plumbing Fixtures: clean all pluming fixtures: faucets, showerheads with special non abrasive chemicals to remove all hard water stains and mold.
• Living Room, bedrooms, dining rooms, and kitchen: clean and organize inside closets, bureaus, cabinets.
• Floors and baseboards: vacuum and clean behind heavy furniture (heavier than 20LB) that is not moved on regular visits.
• Walls: wash and dust walls.
• Kitchen: clean and sanitize inside refrigerator, oven, and cabinets.
• Windows and blinds: washing windows* and wash  blinds by hands.

• Due to our insurance restrictions, we can wash outside of the windows ONLY if they can be opened and reach from inside of the house standing on the floor. We are not a window cleaning company and we do climb on ladders or clean windows from outside of the building.
